Tools to enhance your learning
South Western Sydney Institute uses a range of modern technologies to enhance teaching, learning and communication. Talk to your teacher about which tools you will be using.

Student e-Services (SeS)As part of your enrolment, you will receive information about how to register for Student e-Services. You can use Student e-Services to:
- View your personal, enrolment and employer details.
- View your unit results.
- Change your contact details.
- Request a transcript of academic record.
- View notifications and calendar information such as scheduled TAFE NSW Category A & B final exams
eLearning toolsSouth Western Sydney Institute has the technology and eLearning tools to help you study anywhere in the world while at school, at college, at work or at home.

If you don't have access to a computer or the internet then you can the facilities in a college library. Some of the eLearning tools we use are:
MoodleMoodle is the main software we use to deliver content, assess your work and communicate with you online. Your teacher will provide you with login details if your group is using this technology.
SWSi WikiWikispaces are another online space where you can access class resources, work with other students and communicate with your teachers. Here is the home page for the SWSi wiki - check with your teacher to see if this is being used for your class.
Video and web conferencingWe have access to video conferencing and web conferencing via Adobe Connect. Check with your teacher for further details.
