Lidcombe College is located a short distance from Lidcombe train station and Bankstown town centre with around 6,500 students enrolling in over 50 courses each year.
We are one of nine South Western Sydney Institute colleges that provide high quality vocational education and training opportunities in the region, and we have built sold relationships with industry and community organisations.
In additional to our general college facilities, Lidcombe is also home to a number of specialist State Centres for Training in areas such as Furniture Finishing, Upholstery, Saw Doctoring, Plastering, and Glass and Glazing. These centres are fully equipped and resourced to provide a range of quality training programs to domestic and international students and industry clients.
We also have facilities for our award-winning Lidcombe Design students who are studying product and furniture design or interior design and decoration and a large exhibition space to showcase their works.
A Cisco Regional Academy is located on campus for learners interested in completing the Cisco Systems Networking Academy Program . The program is a preparatory course that prepares learners for the CCNA examination (Cisco Certified Networking Associate) in a mixed delivery mode which includes mini-lectures, teacher-assisted on-line learning using Cisco Multimedia Courseware and practical excercises.
Another important part of Lidcombe College is the Chullora campus located in nearby Chullora business district.
