Miller College was established in 1977 and enrols over 6500 students each year in a range of courses.
Located near the intersection of the M5, the M7 and the Hume Highway, we are easy to get to by walking, cycling and public transport. We are a 20 minute bicycle ride from Liverpool Station or about 200 metres walk from the Miller bus stop on the T-Way.
In addition to the traditional trade areas of carpentry, plumbing, engineering and electrical, we also run classes in a wide variety of other course areas including business administration, legal studies, retail, child studies, adult basic education, English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), information technology, vocational access and outreach.
We are the only college in South Western Sydney Institute to run the following courses:
- Asset Maintenance - Cleaning Operations
- Auslan (Australian Sign Language)
- Library/Information Services
- Music Industry
We have a Centre of Excellence in Stonemasonry on campus and are the only TAFE college to offer the course in NSW and the ACT.
Students are supported in their study by a range of services, including course information, career advice and counselling, a College library, and Student Association activities.
The entire grounds of Miller College are tobacco smoke free.
