Under our Institute Service Charter, we aim to:
- respond to your enquiries promptly
- acknowledge all written correspondence.
- provide you with standard information leaflets within five working days
- be available by phone or through personal appointments
- provide course information services are available all year across the Institute and through SWSi website
- provide short, customised courses to meet the specific needs of industry and individuals, on a fee for service basis
