Under our Institute Service Charter, we aim to:

  • respond to your enquiries promptly
  • acknowledge all written correspondence.
  • provide you with standard information leaflets within five working days
  • be available by phone or through personal appointments
  • provide course information services are available all year across the Institute and through SWSi website
  • provide short, customised courses to meet the specific needs of industry and individuals, on a fee for service basis
