SWSi has emerged as a leading provider of vocational education and training internationally and it has established successful programs in China, Malaysia and the Philippines. It has developed relations with education groups in other countries including Denmark, Indonesia and Vietnam seeking educational exchange (student and teacher), cooperative educational ventures and customised training.
We also have developed partnerships with educational institutions in China and the Philippines which have been recognised as a best practice model. The Institute is recognised for the quality of educational delivery according to Australian Quality Training Framework and ISO 9001 standards. The cooperative education programs also provide cultural exchange and professional development.

TAFE accredited courses give students a pathway and advanced standing into Australian university undergraduate programs. This credit transfer can be up from 33% to 50% of a degree, depending on the subjects studied. Graduates of South Western Sydney Institute's international programs have been successful in gaining further studies in Australian and international universities and in obtaining high-level employment within the dynamic and rapidly expanding international workforce.
